Job Description: Research & Development Executive

Industry: Intermediate / API Chemical Manufacturing
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to develop new chemical products and improve existing formulations
- Perform laboratory experiments, analyze data, and document results
- Develop and optimize chemical processes for better yield, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Scale up laboratory processes to pilot and production levels
- Collaborate with Production, QA, and QC teams for smooth process transfer
- Troubleshoot process and production-related issues
- Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies
- Maintain proper R&D documentation, reports, and records
- Support patent documentation and technical reports where applicable
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Assist in implementing process improvements and innovation initiatives
Qualification & Experience:
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of organic synthesis / chemical processes
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Basic understanding of scale-up and process development
- Teamwork and cross-functional coordination ability
- Awareness of safety and regulatory practices
